A leading property platform in the UK is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Estate Agency division. This role involves building strong relationships with partners in South Wales and utilizing data to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have significant B2B sales experience and a consultative approach to account management. A competitive compensation package is on offer, including OTE and company car.

Location: Remote & Field Based covering South Wales
Reporting to: Area Director
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + £15,000 OTE (uncapped) & company car
As an Account Manager, you’ll work face-to-face with our partners, building strong relationships, understanding their business challenges, and supporting them with the tools, insights and strategies they need to grow. You’ll build and maintain the best possible relationship between Rightmove and our estate agents, seeking out opportunities for growth and maximum return on interests.
The role covers postcodes CF (Cardiff and surrounding areas) as well as SA (Swansea and surrounding areas).
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, who work together to reach their targets, help each other in developing their skills and celebrating their wins as team. You’ll work closely with other Account Managers, and report into the Area Director on the team, building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
