Homebased with frequent travel across the UK and to Serco sites - Wales (Cardiff) / West Midlands (West Bromwich, Birmingham, Coventry)

As an Account Manager you'll focus on the management and growth of national high-volume accounts in the education sector, including school, locals authorities and multi academy trust.

Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in account management, recruitment or employer engagement, ideally within a high volume or national account environment.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a data driven approach to performance monitoring
  • Experience in developing strategies and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
  • High level of personal organisation and time management skills.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent qualification or experience)
  • An understanding of the skills and employability sector, including current trends, challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, using a variety of communication methods (spoken, written, behaviour).
  • Ability to use own initiative, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly computer literate (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrates a flexible and professional approach to work.
  • Maintains confidentiality and gives and receives constructive criticism.
  • Proactively identifies and solves problems.
  • Maintains high standards of quality and accuracy and follows procedures accurately and reliably.
Additional information

This role is home based role but frequent travel to multiple sites is expected.
