We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of stock management and store operations across one of our largest retail partnerships. This is a key operational role that will ensure seamless delivery of point‑of‑sale materials and merchandise across our retail estate. You will manage stock inventory, handle branch queries, and oversee the stock and store module of our systems. You will deliver critical work that supports procurement teams and senior stakeholders while ensuring internal processes and systems are managed effectively. This will enable client service teams to focus on strategic client relationships and campaign delivery. Stock Management
Primary Responsibilities
- Process and manage stock orders efficiently
- Execute manual uploads to system databases
- Coordinate stock destructions in line with operational requirements
Store Module Management
- Store concept development teams
- Store implementation teams
- Physical estate management
- Store managers across the retail network
Point‑of‑Sale Operations
- Manage reprint requests and coordinate distribution
- Oversee POS query resolution process
- Provide operational support for POS materials
- Handle allocational updates across locations
Database and Asset Management
- Maintain and manage artwork databases
- Coordinate artwork retrieval requests
- Ensure accurate record‑keeping and version control
Additional Operational Support
- Fulfil ad‑hoc merchandise requests (promotional items, non‑POS materials)
- Manage team overspill work that sits outside of standard business‑as‑usual operations
- Respond to Media Centre queries
- Administer store access management systems
