Our client is a leading provider of environmental compliance and data management services in the UK and Internationally. A vacancy exists for an Account Manager to join the company’s Data Insights division. Data Insights serves over 300 clients, including strategic accounts, many of which are Key Account Managed, and is responsible for ensuring the accurate submission of over 15% of the UK’s total packaging recycling obligation as part of a multi-tiered service offering.
The role is suited to individuals with experience in customer service, a keen interest in numeric reasoning, client interaction, and knowledge gathering. The position suits those who are proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
There is potential for the role to be split between working from home and working from the company’s office in the West Midlands.
