Job Title: Account Manager – Print
Location: Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE)

A well-established and forward-thinking printing company, specialising in high-quality print solutions, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its team. The company offers a full suite of services including design, litho and digital printing, large-format print plus digital services. With an outstanding reputation for innovation, service and quality, the business supports a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors.

As an Account Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, delivering exceptional service, providing estimates on (Tharstern), managing projects from brief to delivery, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow relationships. This role is ideal for a commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys working collaboratively to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders accurately.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project delivery.
  • Manage projects from brief through to production, including design, artwork, print, fulfilment and distribution.
  • Communicate requirements clearly and efficiently to production teams.
  • Use MIS systems to manage workflow and share information.
  • Raise purchase orders for external suppliers.
  • Book and organise deliveries with logistics partners.
Desirable Experience & Skills
  • Strong understanding of print production processes (design, artwork, print, distribution).
  • Knowledge of print techniques, materials, and finishing options.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a professional, confident manner.
  • Experience using print MIS systems such as Tharstern.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email and online meetings.
