A leading utility service provider is seeking an Account Manager in Peterborough to manage key client accounts and enhance customer satisfaction. This role offers a hybrid working model and a competitive salary of £34,011 to £42,514 with a bonus potential. Ideal candidates should have account management experience, strong analytical skills, and a focus on customer service. Account Manager (Level 2) – Two vacancies: Commercial team (37 hours per week, Permanent); Public Sector (37 hours per week, Permanent).
Location: Hybrid Working (based primarily at Durham or Peterborough offices, with flexible working from home)
Salary: £34,011 to £42,514 plus a discretionary bonus potential of up to 8% of annual salary

The commercial team are responsible for servicing multisite customers ranging from retailers, hotels, gyms to airports. The team is looking for an Account Manager to support the delivery of KPIs for the commercial portfolio and to help develop our culture.
