Job summary

A respected business intelligence company is seeking an experienced Account Manager based in London to manage and grow existing SaaS accounts. The role involves upselling and cross-selling services to direct Brands, alongside selling advisory solutions. Candidates should have over 3 years of SaaS experience and a proven track record in account growth. This position allows for a hybrid work arrangement with some flexibility in a dynamic industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years SaaS experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts.
  • Experience selling directly to Brands.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of existing accounts to retain and grow subscription revenues.
  • Upsell and cross-sell licenses and solutions.
  • Sell advisory services as part of the offering.

The Role of Account Manager

As Account Manager you will take ownership of a number of existing accounts (which will all be direct Brands) and will be tasked with retaining and growing subscription revenues from those accounts through upselling and cross-selling additional licences and solutions.

The platform is highly respected and is the leading business intelligence platform for the creative advertising world. It provides 250,000+ searchable examples of award winning creative campaigns along with detailed data, insights and analysis which will inspire, educate and inform. It covers all sectors, industries and geographical regions.

You will also have the opportunity to sell advisory services.

Requirements for this Account Manager role
  • 3+ years SaaS experience
  • Experience of growing accounts
  • Experience of selling to direct Brands
  • Confident, articulate and outgoing
  • An interest in the marketing and advertising industry would be beneficial
