A premium spirits company is seeking an Account Manager to handle key accounts across the UK. The role involves managing customer negotiations, supporting field sales, and executing brand strategies in the travel retail sector. This role is in charge of the development of B‑F’s core spirits business through effective key account management and also provides Field Sales support in the locations and channels within the assigned region. Key tasks will include managing customer negotiations, securing profitable listings, building broad and deep customer relationships, maintaining merchandising guidelines and coordinating promotional activities.
As Account Manager, the role will assume full global P&L responsibility for the accounts assigned in the region, ensuring alignment of activities and support across Europe. The role also provides Field Sales Support the Transportation Channel, borders & countries in the region (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Benelux, Netherlands, Switzerland and border region with Croatia, East Europe, etc) to ensure the development of Brown‑Forman brands in cruise lines, airlines & travel retail sales channels, in alignment with our brand‑building philosophy and global brand strategies. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of all travel retail activities in the assigned region. The role will collaborate with GTR and local management teams to evaluate market conditions, implement sales and promotional plans, and recommend changes.
Experience working in the Travel Retail channel
A deep understanding of the region, gained from either directly working in the region or through working on projects in the region
In addition to the mandatory requirement of English. Other language skills are a plus
