A major global supplier in hospitality is seeking an experienced Account Manager EMEA to establish and manage strong relationships with key customers. The role entails negotiating contracts, leading customer meetings, and identifying revenue growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in account management within hospitality and excel in relationship building. My client is a large, global leader in their industry and a major supplier to many of the worlds major hospitality groups.
The Account Manager EMEA - Hospitality will serve as the main POC with this major customer, focusing on building and maintaining strong, long term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth whilst managing the key cross functional teams on the account and the business requirements.
In extra addition, the successful candidate will need to be flexible with travel, in the UK as well as Europe and will also be required to attend global customer meetings 1-2 times per year.

My client has a UK base in Berkshire so ideally commuting distance for a couple of days per week however happy to discuss further flexibility on this with strong and relevant candidates.
