Account Manager (EMEA) - Hospitality Sector

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our client's EMEA team. As a primary point of contact for our key corporate clients, focusing on the vibrant hospitality sector to build strong, lasting relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and strategically grow revenue within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the trusted advisor and main liaison for key client accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Partnering with Sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, upselling solutions to meet their specific needs. Close sales and achieve all quarterly and annual sales targets with Sales Team.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of our solutions against client objectives.
  • Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics. Prepare regular status reports and collaborate with internal sales teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across EMEA.
