A market-leading digital print provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager. In this role, you will manage established accounts and build strong relationships with clients while delivering high-impact print campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest retail brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and experience in the print industry, particularly with large format print or POS.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing role is essential.
  • Knowledge of managing and developing portfolios of existing clients.
  • Exposure to the print industry, especially large format print or POS, is advantageous.

Account Manager | Digital Print | Hertfordshire | £40k - £45k

Responsibilities
  • Managing an existing portfolio of accounts, predominantly dealing with Retail sector accounts
  • Managing projects through the production process, ensuring accurate project documentation, accurate forecasts and timeline management
  • Liaising with clients, taking client briefs, ensuring client satisfaction and excellent client care
  • Utilising print knowledge to advocate the best and most suitable products for the client
  • Maximising inherited accounts to achieve their potential using strategies that increase sales and gross margin
Key attributes required
  • Knowledge of managing and developing portfolios of existing clients
  • Experience in a client facing role is essential
  • Strong work ethic
  • Exposure working in the print industry is essential, in particularly large format print or POS is advantageous
