About the Role

Voe Media is a fast-growing social media agency that builds powerful online presences for entrepreneurs and personal brands, creating viral short-form content that generates millions of views and tangible business growth.

We’re looking for a part-time Account Manager (around 20 hours per week) to coordinate between clients, editors, and our founder. You’ll make sure each client’s content plan runs smoothly – from raw footage to published videos.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and schedule weekly content for each client.
  • Assign projects to editors and track progress in Asana.
  • Review video drafts and provide creative feedback.
  • Send content to clients for approval and manage revisions.
  • Ensure each client’s monthly output targets are met.
  • Report progress, issues, and wins to the founder.
What We’re Looking For

  • Fully Remote (UK-based).
