Account Manager | Commercial Print | Essex | Up to £40k

Award winning, highly reputable and operating for almost 30 years, this ambitious organisation are a sought after employer. One of the UK’s leading printers specialising in commercial print, they have in house capabilities for litho digital, large format and finishing.

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking detailed briefs from clients and drawing upon technical knowledge to consult on materials and production methods
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact, resolving enquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Liaising with multiple internal departments across design, pre-press, production and sales to ensure client requirements are met on time and in full
  • Managing end-to-end project delivery through production, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are achieved
  • Upselling and cross selling services where applicable

Key attributes required:

  • Previous experience working within the print sector with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of processes, materials and production workflows
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to work well within a team
