Job summary

A leading IT services firm is seeking an experienced Account Manager BDM Sales to drive growth in target accounts across various segments. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, including senior executives, while achieving strategic sales objectives. Roles Responsibilities
  • Accountable for growing business for Tata Elxsi services in target accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including CxO level.
  • Open doors for new opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans and go-to-market strategies in sync with regional leadership.
  • Achieve sales strategic objectives defined by Tata Elxsi.
  • Build sustainable relationships with senior C‑Level executives and drive multimillion‑dollar engagements.
  • Use technology and vertical platforms to strategize and craft solutions.
Minimum Qualification
  • 5-8 years of relevant business development experience in Engineering / IT Services.
  • Any base Engineering / IT Degree.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience selling into named accounts such as Henkel, Haleon, BAT, JDE, Nestle, Reckitt, EON Digital, EDF, BP.
  • Growth mindset with demonstrable track record of sales closed between $2‑5 million in EN/NN business.
Other Role Expectations

Ability and maturity to build and sustain relationships with senior C‑Level executives; well versed with global delivery model; cultivate large‑scale relationships and drive customer engagements into multimillion‑dollar deals.
