We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow our customer base within the light industrial and protective coating sector. This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored coating solutions that meet client needs across various industrial applications.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
Understand the technical aspects of coatings products and their applications.
Educate clients on product benefits, application techniques, and performance metrics.
Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in coatings, chemicals, or industrial products.
Strong understanding of protective coatings, surface preparation, and application methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in industrial painting, construction, or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with building science and coating performance standards.
Strategic selling and consultative sales experience.
