A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an Account Manager/BDM with military experience to join their Defence sales team. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and managing accounts. Ideal candidates should have sales experience and a background in the Defence sector. The role offers a hybrid work model with a competitive salary and commission potential.
Are you ex-military, well-connected within the Defence and Military sectors, and ready to put your commercial sales skills to use? If you have at least 1 year of sales experience in a commercial environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our client, a well-established provider of hardware and IT managed services to the Defence and wider business sectors, is growing their Defence sales team and seeking a passionate, motivated Defence Account Manager. This role combines both business development and account management, offering the chance to grow your own customer base while building strong, lasting relationships.
You’ll report directly to a supportive and people-focused Sales Director. You will be tasked to meet or exceed monthly sales targets by developing a solid customer account base and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in growing the company’s Defence business.
