As an Account Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of existing SaaS clients, driving retention, expansion, and long‑term growth. You’ll act as a trusted strategic advisor—building strong relationships with decision‑makers, uncovering business challenges, and helping clients maximize value from Agility’s solutions.
Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you’ll blend consultative sales, business strategy, and relationship management to meet and exceed revenue targets. Your focus will be on cultivating partnerships that drive mutual success—ensuring clients renew confidently and expand their engagement across Agility’s platform.
This role sits at the intersection of sales and client strategy, requiring a balance of commercial acumen, technical understanding, and a deep appreciation for client success. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver a unified, high‑impact client experience.
