Position: Account Manager (On-Site)
Location: Willenhall
Salary: £29,600 per year
Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours

Ideal Recruit is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our on-site team for one of our key clients based in Willenhall.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day communication with the client and on-site team
  • Preparing and submitting timesheets accurately and on time
  • Producing and maintaining daily and weekly reports
  • Booking and coordinating staff in line with client requirements
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and induction of new starters
  • Handling queries and resolving attendance or payroll issues
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with both the client and workforce
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar Account Manager / On-Site Coordinator / Recruitment Consultant role is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
