Overview

Ideal Recruit is looking for an experienced Account Manager in Doncaster to join our industrial team, dedicated to supporting exciting and new clients.

As an account manager, you'll be building relationships while focusing on recruiting and retaining talent to fulfil our client requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Fulfilling daily volume requirements in line with client deadlines; including the recruitment and selection of workers
  • Forecasting, and planning recruitment campaigns
  • Induction & training of new colleagues
  • Managing the weekly payroll process
  • Building client relationships through face-to-face communication
  • Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences
  • Collating, analysing, and managing site performance against critical metrics
  • Reporting to senior management daily
  • Assisting with the on-call phone and providing \'out of hours\' on-call support when required
  • Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes
Schedule

Monday-Thursday 09:00-17:00
Friday 09:00-15:00

We would also expect our ideal candidate to be able to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and customers.

Team & Reporting

Successful candidate will be reporting directly to our National Account Managers and will be supported by our team of consultants.

Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious person with a driven attitude and the ability to respond to changing demands. A previous recruitment background and a full driving licence with access to own transport are essential.
