We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team within a leading UK‑based accident management company. This role is pivotal in maintaining and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality accident management services. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and grow account value. You will work closely with internal teams including operations, claims and customer service to ensure seamless service and uphold our reputation for excellence.
