Job Description
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and account performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, working for an IT Reseller or MSP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- A self‑motivated and results‑driven approach to achieving targets.
