  • Location: Lincoln - Office is commutable from Welbourn, Newark, Sleaford, Grantham, and surrounding areas
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 Friday: 08:00 - 16:00

Account Manager - Role and Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and service delivery
  • Coordinate internally across departments to ensure all service level agreements are met
  • Take ownership of customer portals (e.g., Verisae), including data updates, performance statistics, exception reports, and aged job tracking
  • Support internal teams by advising on best practices for portal usage and job management
  • Produce and deliver weekly reports to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding purchase orders and quotations
  • Manage and support implementation of process changes requested by customers
  • Lead customer review meetings on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with finance to support debt recovery efforts
  • Record and act on customer feedback regarding services, products, or performancePresent new products and service offerings to clients as required
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
  • Analyse account performance and sales potential to support business growth strategies
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
