Overview

Working closely with both marketing and technical teams, the Inside Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding market reach.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Manage and qualify inbound sales leads, ensuring they are appropriately directed within the sales organisation.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with both new prospects and existing customers.
  • Identify client challenges and align them with tailored cloud-based solutions such as hosting, backup, replication, and disaster recovery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to support demand generation campaigns and enhance lead conversion.
