Overview

Wild Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a well known, unique business based in Cosham in their search for a Customer Account Manager. We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a sales setting but this is not essential as full training on sales and account management will be given.

Responsibilities
  • Look after a portfolio of established clients, maximise key accounts and develop new relationships with new business prospects. This role involved sales as well as customer service.
  • Recognising key sales opportunities.
  • Maximising key accounts, building relationships, up selling and cross selling products.
  • Process orders from customers over the phone.
  • Developing existing customer relationships.
  • Handling a variety of enquiries relating to deliveries of goods, returns, repairs or customer support.
Qualifications
  • Have experience in a customer facing role.
  • Have excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and be happy to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Have experience in customer service or account management.
