Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for technology, or someone from a restaurant operations background ready to step into a client-facing commercial role? We're working with an industry-leading provider of technology solutions to the restaurant and hospitality sector. Their innovative systems help leading brands improve speed of service, sales performance and customer experience.

You'll be joining a collaborative team where Account Managers are given real autonomy to build relationships, solve problems, and make a tangible impact for clients across the UK.

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with a portfolio of major restaurant and casual dining brands. You'll act as the main point of contact for operational and technical discussions, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while identifying new opportunities for growth. This position would suit someone who understands how restaurants operate day-to-day, or an experienced Account Manager who enjoys blending relationship management with innovative technology.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop relationships with key restaurant and hospitality clients
• Act as a trusted Account Manager, handling queries and supporting both technical and operational needs
• Understand and promote technology solutions (training provided)
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and commercial growth
• Liaise with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure smooth project delivery

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in Account Management or customer-facing commercial roles
• Or, hands-on experience within restaurant or hospitality operations and an interest in technology
• Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport at all levels
• Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
• Comfortable learning new systems and presenting value to clients

Desirable:

• Familiarity with restaurant technology (EPOS, self-order kiosks, digital menu systems)
• Experience managing multi-site hospitality accounts or franchise operations
