About the Role

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in South Manchester. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, cultivating broker relationships, and ensuring ethical selling and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong broker relationships to support strategic initiatives and drive growth.
  • Ensure all sales and distribution activities comply with FCA regulatory requirements and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  • Embed Consumer Duty principles into broker and partner arrangements, ensuring fair value and alignment with target market needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, Product Governance, Underwriting, and Marketing, to support new business opportunities.
  • Champion safe, ethical, and customer-focused sales strategies while monitoring broker performance and accountability.
  • Play a key role in evolving operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
About You

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented individual with proven experience managing broker relationships and delivering commercial results. You should also possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as Consumer Duty, and have a commitment to compliance and transparency.

In addition, you should be proactive, excel at building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and be enthusiastic about driving change and improving customer outcomes.
