A top-ranking Managed Service Provider is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll build strong relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and drive commercial growth across a diverse portfolio of mid-market clients.
You’ll be the voice of the client — nurturing relationships, understanding their technical needs, and aligning them with the right IT solutions. Working closely with pre‑sales, marketing, procurement and service teams, you’ll support renewals, identify upsell opportunities, improve client satisfaction, and protect recurring revenue streams.
