Zap is looking for an Account Manager who can build bridges, strengthen bonds, and drive growth. You'll be friendly, outgoing and analytical, acting as the point of contact between Zap and key clients. This role involves managing long-term relationships, growing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities, and engaging internal teams to ensure our clients have the best service possible. You'll become the eyes and ears of both our clients, and our team, and your birds-eye view of all-things Zap will drive growth and help our teams deliver better services.
