A global food ingredients company is seeking a UK Sales Account Manager to oversee sales across the Midlands. This role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with the Sales Management team on strategies. Let’s get straight to the point: we’re not looking for a “sales ninja” or a “rockstar.” We need a UK Sales Account Manager who knows the B2B food ingredients game and knows it well.
PreGel is a global food ingredient player, particularly well-known in the pastry, ice cream, and café markets. We’re not new to this—we’ve been doing it for a while. But now we’re looking for someone to help us grow our presence in the UK even more.
You’ll manage the UK sales across the Midlands, from finding new customers to keeping our existing ones happy. You’ll dig into market research, analyse margins, and report back to HQ. And yes, there’s travel—so if you’re not keen on hitting the road (or the sky), this isn’t for you.
You’ll also work closely with the Sales Management team to ensure you’re aligned on commercial strategies. In short, you’ll bridge what’s happening on the ground and what’s happening at HQ.
