Are you an experienced Account Manager or an ambitious Senior Account Executive ready to take the next step in your career? We have a fabulous opportunity for a dynamic and reliable individual to join our team as a Account Manager, managing the full project lifecycle from design to delivery.
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of 3D POS and FSDU campaigns. You'll take design briefs directly from clients, interpreting them into actionable instructions for our in‑house creative and production teams.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects will be the key to success in this role, from creating critical paths and overseeing multiple projects to ensure we meet all deadlines. You will be the main point of contact for the client, keeping them informed of progress while also building strong relationships with our internal teams and third‑party suppliers to ensure a seamless delivery.
>As part of the end‑to‑end life cycle process, you will take care of all the crucial briefing and administration, from issuing internal briefs to obtaining all necessary project documentation and purchase orders. You'll also be a proactive problem‑solver, managing client requests and change requests to ensure minimal impact on project costs and timelines.This is a full‑time, home‑based role with travel to our customers (West London) and our Operations site (Ely) as required.
