What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within our r2c Online division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Maintenance line of business and is a field-based role.

In this role, you will be working within a high performing team, as an Account Manager, on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will be key in growing r2c’s commercial presence by driving revenue growth across r2c Online’s full product portfolio.

How We Work

As an Account Manager, you will be primarily field‑based and able to work from either our Meriden, or Sheffield office around 1 day per week.

Our business operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Role Responsibilities
  • Own customer relationships with key stakeholders for a portfolio of large accounts after the point‑of‑sale throughout the client life cycle, including leading all communications both virtually and in‑person.
  • Take a consultative approach with customers that aims to uncover explicit needs of the business and work through solutions using our software.
  • Increase customer awareness of the r2c Online product portfolio to discover cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, taking ownership of growth.
  • Consistent achievement of monthly sales & revenue targets through managing your sales pipeline.
  • Identify and map out new business / referral opportunities.
  • Ongoing excellent understanding of all products and services.
  • Maintain an understanding of product updates and new offerings to be able to articulate those improvements and changes to customers.
  • Accurately record all contact and conversations with customers in CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business, including product, finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Collate and report on customer feedback to provide awareness and advocacy of customer needs internally.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Promote r2c Online in person at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Proactively identify risk within your accounts and discuss solutions to mitigate issues before they impact customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute customer retention strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Ideally you will have previous Account Management success managing multiple complex accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with customers.
  • Self‑motivated and target‑driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
