- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: From £26,997.00 per year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Ability to commute/relocate: Hungerford RG17 7TJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Key responsibilities
- Managing individual customer accounts and ensuring operational excellence
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs.
- Coordinating with warehouse teams and CRMs.
- Managing invoicing and ensuring accuracy.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Building strong customer relationships via meetings and phone calls
About you
- 1+ years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Windows Office and logistics management systems
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work weekends on a very limited basis
- A person who thrives within a team environment, and who shares our company values
