  • Collaborate with the Account Director to develop account strategies and growth plans.
Campaign & Project Delivery
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
  • Work with creative, strategic, and technical teams to scope, brief, and review work.
  • Track performance, produce reports, and make insight‑led recommendations for improvement.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with colleagues across the group’s creative, PR, events, and digital teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and proposals when required.
  • Help ensure consistent communication and alignment across internal teams.
In an ideal world, you’ll bring…
  • 2–3 years’ experience in marketing or communications, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across digital (web, social, paid, incentives) and traditional channels.
  • Excellent client relationship and project management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contributing to account profitability.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Channel marketing experience is a plus.
Who You Are
  • Proactive, reliable, and collaborative, with a solutions‑focused approach.
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Naturally curious, eager to learn, and passionate about marketing strategy.
  • Supportive of colleagues and keen to contribute to a positive team environment.

You’ll join a team that values creativity, curiosity, and collaboration helping deliver rewarding, insight‑led programmes that drives results for your clients.

Benefits include:

  • Employee owned trust profit share bonus
  • Hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 from home)
