• Prepare accounts up to Trial Balance for finalisation team.
• Liaise with HMRC on reconciliations and missing payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client queries related to Tax and Accounts
• Prepare accounts up to Trial Balance for finalisation team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Liaise with HMRC (reconciliations, missing payments, etc.)
• Chase and check client data for completeness
• Prepare and submit VAT Returns
• (Preferred, with training/support) – Self‑assessments, Corporate Tax Returns, Payroll & CIS, assisting with Accounts Finalisation
• Identify unprofitable clients and assist with contract revisions
• Participate in Client Tax Review Meetings
• Knowledge of Money Laundering regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in UK accounting firm as Accounts Manager
• Fluency in Romanian and English
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK Tax legislation and accounting practices
