A specialty coffee company in London seeks an Account Manager to foster customer relationships, ensure success, and act as a brand ambassador. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities include onboarding customers, sales analysis, and collaboration across teams. This full-time role offers a salary of £32,000 - £33,000 and a supportive work environment.

Based out of our Dalston Roastery, this role offers the chance to foster relationships with our growing customer base to ensure they are set up for success. As part of our Account Management team, you'll immerse yourself in our industry leading coffee offering and wholesale support.
You will be our brand ambassador out on the front line, ensuring our customers receive the very best service from Allpress. Everything you do will be aligned with the growth and retention of our current customer base and building upon our meaningful relationships. A typical day might find you;
You could be a seasoned Barista with impeccable customer service skills looking to progress their coffee career or an Account Manager looking to get into the coffee industry. To nail this role, you’ll hold:
Hours: 5 days per week around 40 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,000 - £33,000
Travel: Occasional travel is required
Probation period: 3 months
Reporting to: Head of Account Management UK
Experience: A love for hospitality, experience in coffee is required with an understanding of Account Management or Sales.
