A leading data analytics company is looking for a multi-skilled Customer Success/Client Services Professional in London. You will manage client relationships and project implementations, ensuring that clients fully leverage our product suite. Ideal candidates have prior experience in property claims or as account managers, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach. The successful candidate will be extremely proactive and have experience in a transferable role, wearing many hats when it comes to managing client relationships, project implementations, understanding the value add from our products and identifying growth opportunities and process improvements within client accounts.

Hybrid working is available for this role, with a minimum of 2 day a week in our London office.
