M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment are looking for an Account Manager to join our industry leading Sport team, working on some of the best clients and projects in the business.

You’ll play an essential role at the heart of our agency, a central cog in ensuring we deliver innovative, culturally relevant campaigns across a number of different sports.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of your accounts and projects, ensuring their smooth running and delivering work to the highest possible standard.

Can do attitude:

• Positive, proactive and solutions driven – always able to be a couple of steps ahead and knowing what clients needs are
• Responsibility and accountability – taking ownership for day-to-day operations

Marketing, PR and sponsorship:

• Thorough understanding of the role of PR, sponsorship and marketing and how it shapes our deliverables
• Understanding of how to interrogate and answer a brief creatively and how to position and articulate ideas with clear thinking
• Curiosity as to what makes a great campaign and always on the pulse of industry trends

Social and Digital Media:

• Thorough understanding of a range of social media platforms and the digital landscape
• Demonstrate an understanding of emerging technology and its potential use in marketing
• Switched on to social trends and the role content plays in the wider marketing and sponsorship landscape

Sports mad:

• A real sport enthusiast with knowledge across a number of different sports (ideally including tennis)
• Passionate about the industry we work in. Good knowledge of the creators, opinion leaders and influencers in sport.

Team management:

• Ability to demonstrate management of team members – both senior and junior
• Approachable member of the team and contributor to a positive culture across the agency

Budgets and Reports:

• Ability to oversee campaign reporting and ensure that they are delivered to a high standard and on time
• Ability to manage complex budgets, ensuring work is delivered on budget.
