Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Act as the primary liaison for all partner members across the UK
  • Manage partner accounts, including contracts/memberships/key delivery milestones
  • Converting warm leads, with some new business generation
  • Attend networking events as necessary
Qualifications
  • Ideally 5 years’ experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Interest in and ability to nurture/expand accounts and bring on new ones
  • Experience managing contracts, delivery schedules, or partnership agreements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the construction, infrastructure, skills, or local government landscape is a bonus
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary of up to £45,000 Pro Rata (24 hours per week)
