The role

Grow a portfolio of existing accounts by renewing and expanding solutions, and introducing new products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans; monitor account health to ensure satisfaction and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels; act as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to incorporate client feedback and align solutions with client needs.
  • Own commercial targets, including renewals and revenue growth.
  • Represent the company externally, providing market insights and participating in industry events.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in account management, business development, or client growth (preferably in early talent, HR, or education marketing).
  • Proven success in retaining and growing complex client portfolios.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Passion for supporting early talent; motivated, collaborative, and results-driven.
