Driven Key Account Manager responsible for leading account strategy and building strong relationships with dental professionals across the United Kingdom.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts in the dental industry, acting as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing key accounts and pursue new business opportunities by mapping and understanding the dentistry market in the UK.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company objectives and client needs; create comprehensive, measurable business plans and review progress to recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal departments (sales, marketing, product development, customer support) to align on customer experience, provide regular updates, reports, and presentations.
  • Technology Integration: Advocate and facilitate adoption of advanced dental solutions such as practice management, workflow, and digital innovations within customer operations.
