Join us in shaping the future of fashion, beauty, and home retailing - together, we'll redefine the shopping experience for generations to come.

Your Role

We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager to join our Marketplace team and help us manage our clientele. Supporting an Account Manager on Global Partner Accounts across fashion, beauty, and home, to deliver the agreed business plan and provide excellent customer service. Liaising with our internal brands teams and partners. You will be the point of contact for the key wholesale partner and ensure the accounts' needs are met, with relevant products being put forward and delivered to drive sales.

Your Team

As an established and much-loved household name, you know all about our high street roots and bricks-and-mortar stores. In some way, shape, or form, we've always had a concessionary offering. Our growing marketplace proposition plays a crucial role in fulfilling our vision. That's why we need you. The team's mission is to make Brand Partners successful on Debenhams and to be the Brand Partner of choice.

What you will be doing
  • Maintain a good relationship with the partner through regular communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Make independent decisions while constantly reviewing sales performance, identifying opportunities or risks, and reporting back to the account manager.
  • Work closely with Merchandisers to fulfill category areas of OTB, ensuring commitment is tracked, allocated, and dispatched in line with deadlines.
  • Track partner deliveries with regular contact with the brand and warehouse teams, and communicate updates back to the partner.
  • Allocate partner stock, oversee the PPO process, and liaise with supply chain to ensure timely dispatch of all lines.
  • Update and maintain the partner style tracker with additional POs or cancellations.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Product Seller to ensure the range's appropriateness for each brand across the Boohoo Group.
  • Produce product sales reports for the partner and share these to support decision-making.
What you can bring
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience dealing with large data sets with accuracy and consistency.
  • Commercial awareness and a comprehensive understanding of planning & trading.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and meet challenging deadlines, aligned with critical paths and partner needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of working with Key Accounts, multiple brand teams, and supply chain to build productive relationships.
  • A continuous desire to improve departmental operations and expand knowledge of relevant job functions.
  • Ability to manage details and the bigger picture, working collaboratively as a team and being a team player.
