A leading education support organization in Leicester Forest East is seeking a dedicated individual to act as the main contact for schools and colleges. This role requires a minimum of 5 GCSEs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. Key responsibilities include processing applications, liaising with employers, and promoting social mobility. The position offers a competitive salary and flexible working options.
Salary: £24,000, rising to £25,500 after 6‑month probation, and £26,000 after 12 months
Hours: Full‑time (37.5 hrs), part‑time requests considered
Location: Office‑based in central Leicester (free parking) with 4 WFH days per month
Flexible working: Hours between 8am‑5pm
Benefits: TOIL system, 10% company pension
Minimum of 5 GCSEs A‑C (or equivalent), including English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and team‑focused approach
Problem‑solving ability and adaptability
Empathy for young people and understanding of the challenges they may face
Basic understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare
Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Customer Service or Administration qualification
Experience using CRM systems
Experience in customer‑focused or target‑driven environments
Sales/marketing experience
Understanding of the local labour market
Full driving licence
Driving licence and own transport: highly desirable
