A leading insurance firm in Royal Leamington Spa is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler. You will manage renewals, adjustments, and negotiate terms with insurers. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of FCA requirements and experience in commercial lines like property and motor. Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking for a role where your technical expertise truly matters? This is a client-facing position that requires confidence, precision, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-market accounts.
You’ll handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, endorsements, and cancellations, while negotiating directly with insurers to secure competitive terms. Solid experience across commercial lines property, casualty, motor, professional indemnity, or management liability is essential, along with familiarity with Acturis or similar systems.
Compliance is a priority, so you’ll need a strong understanding of FCA requirements, including Consumer Duty. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting Account Executives with client meetings and documentation.
