  • Liaise with clients and Production to agree schedules and updates.
  • Prepare labels and job instructions.
  • Monitor live jobs and manage change requests.
  • Keep customers informed and maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with teams for quality output.
  • Report issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Help drive repeat business and support Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and book jobs into the system.
  • Liaise with clients and Production to agree schedules and updates.
  • Prepare labels and job instructions (EFI Pace).
  • Monitor live jobs and manage change requests.
  • Keep customers informed and maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with artwork, print, and finishing teams for quality output.
  • Report issues, share insights, and support continuous improvement.
  • Help drive repeat business and support Sales post‑order.
Previous Experience
  • Strong communicator with persuasive, professional phone skills
  • Confident with data, IT systems, and Excel
  • Able to negotiate timelines and manage expectations
  • Resilient, solutions‑focused, and commercially minded
  • Direct Mail experience essential
