Your mission

We are looking for a highly driven Account Executive to lead deskbird’s expansion in the UK. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, and closing Mid-Market and Enterprise deals.


In this role you will
  • Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline through targeted prospecting.
  • Own the full sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing deals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position deskbird as the ideal solution for hybrid work.
  • Drive deskbird’s growth in the UK by identifying business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective outbound strategies.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for both Mid-Market and Enterprise clients to maximize deal success.

What you need to be successful
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive with a strong outbound focus.
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation, lead development, and outbound deals.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients via outbound.
  • Passion for outbound sales and business development, with a high level of autonomy.
