Job description

As an Account Executive your primary role will be to build and maintain excellent working relationships with our clients to ensure that we are providing the best service for all of their insurance needs. This will also include fostering close working relationships with our brokers, including supporting them in the market where necessary as well as claims and other experts within the business. You will be responsible for an allocated portfolio of new and existing clients to support their ongoing insurance needs and the renewal process where applicable. This will include supporting strategy meetings with clients, preparing market submissions, analysing information and looking for opportunities to either enhance existing or provide additional services.

Responsibilities
  • Building strong partnerships with your allocated portfolio of clients
  • Proactively track client renewal periods, premium payments and any losses
  • Analyse renewal information to prepare market submissions
  • Provide client feedback to contribute to client review meetings and renewal strategy
  • Prepare policy documentation including working with in-house wordings experts for any bespoke clause wordings
  • Support the claims team on major losses
Qualifications
  • Experience working on Construction or Property business from a broking, underwriting or wider insurance background
  • Experience preparing market submissions and policy documentation
  • Ability to work with account handlers to support client needs
  • Desire to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team in a growing organization
  • Organized and comfortable communicating with a wide range of clients and colleagues
