Job description
What You’ll Do:
  • You will be responsible for the growth of new portfolio products by driving demand and transactions with the Rubrik sales organisation.
  • You will work closely with product management and the growth team to provide feedback needed for product development and direction.
  • You will be part of the EMEA/APJ Growth team and work together with the sales leaders and dedicated product pre sales engineers.
  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities together with the Rubrik sales organization.
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex Enterprise IT environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VAR’s to enable rapid growth
  • Provide Rubrik, Inc. management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships
Experience You’ll Need:
  • At least 20 years Tech sales experience in a startup environment (selling either IT Infrastructure or Cloud/SaaS)
  • Well experienced sales experience in cloud, security, infrastructure
  • Well experienced sales experience in cyber security solutions
  • Consistent track record landing net “new logos”
  • Strong track record of performance selling to End User Fortune 1000
  • Understanding and experience working with an partner ecosystem
    Highly driven, goal oriented “get it done” attitude
  • Experience selling early stage products in a complex solution.
