The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can understand client needs, demonstrate the value of our digital health technology solutions, and contribute to the company's success through collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong, long‑term relationships.
  • Retain existing clients while identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling.
  • Support the successful onboarding and implementation of solutions for new customers, ensuring smooth adoption and early success.
  • Become an expert in the company's products and services, delivering compelling demonstrations and articulating their value.
  • Translate and interpret client data into actionable insights for both the client and internal teams.
  • Collaborate across the organisation, sharing feedback and contributing to product development and service improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and performance reports to clients.
  • Travel to clients across the UK as required to support relationship management, implementation and events.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining high service standards.

    Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Strong ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Highly organised with a proven track record in time management.
  • Digital health technology experience is advantageous, but not essential; ability to articulate the importance of technology solutions is key.
  • Skilled at demonstrating products and services in both face‑to‑face and virtual settings.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate client data clearly.
  • Confident working as part of a collaborative team and contributing to decision‑making discussions.
  • Comfortable working virtually when required.
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce) is preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for relationship building and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
