The Role and What You’ll Do

The Account Executive is an instrumental part of our dedicated agency partnerships team responsible for managing servicing and supporting the growth of the clients partnership with Disney (Disneyland Paris, Disney Theatrical Group, Disney Store, etc.). This role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting the execution of partnership activations and ensuring maximum value for both the client and rightsholder across the partnership. The Account Executive will oversee and manage contractual deliverables with the clients’ regional markets, track performance, work with cross-functional teams and support strategic recommendations to enhance partnership performance. This position will work closely with the Senior Account Managers and Account Director of the account on Disney sponsorship activation and execution at a market and regional (EU) level.

  • Manage the Disney approvals process in partnership with the client and their B2B/B2C partners talent (where relevant) and rightsholder stakeholders by having an in-depth knowledge of activation guidelines and processes.
  • Track, manage, update and recap sponsorship activations, approvals and deliverables.
  • Liaise with client sponsorship hub to support in activating their partnerships with clients and partners across Europe to ensure all Disney sponsorship rights are fully utilised and leveraged to drive client business results.
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of materials to support sponsorship initiatives and client strategy, including preparing marketing activation presentations, guideline documents and materials to be presented to the client, their partners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support collaboration with internal agency teams (strategy, creative, experiential, comms) to maximise business opportunities for the agency.
  • Support and manage finance topics such as budget management, processing talent invoices, client POs, vendor forms and stakeholder management.
  • Assist in the strategic development and implementation of sponsorship initiatives including customised programmes/promotions with the client/their partners.
  • Assist in developing presentations, proposals and recap reports to strengthen client relationships and showcase client sponsorship results.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and market insights to bring insights and innovative ideas to client.
You Have These
  • A minimum of 2 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience. Specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, event marketing and/or sponsor servicing. Global property activation and entertainment/cultural marketing experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of the business of entertainment, culture and sponsorship is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client agency(s) and vendors.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with on‑site event marketing operations and logistics.
  • Experience with working with internal teams (partnerships, comms, strategy, experiential, creative) as well as other agency partners.
  • Superior client relationship/service skills.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Ability to problem‑solve independently and in groups.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
  • Ability to travel on an ad‑hoc basis.
