Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Executive to join the Property & Casualty (P&C) division of a leading global insurance brokerage, managing a portfolio of large and complex corporate clients across multiple industry sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving strategic risk and insurance solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across clients, markets, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of large UK and multinational corporate clients, acting as the primary client contact for all insurance and risk management matters.
  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead the renewal process, from data collection and market strategy through to presentation, negotiation, and final placement.
  • Work closely with brokers, placement teams, and technical specialists to deliver tailored P&C insurance solutions, including Property, General Liability, Product Liability, Business Interruption.
  • Oversee the production of accurate and compliant market documentation (e.g., MRC slips, endorsements, wordings, evidence of cover).
  • Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities across other lines of business (e.g., Financial Lines, Cyber, Marine).
  • Support clients with claims management, collaborating with internal claims advocates to ensure effective resolution.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, pricing movements, and regulatory developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Ensure all client servicing and documentation meets regulatory, compliance, and internal quality standards.
  • Contribute to business development and participate in client pitches and presentations.
